The story of this movie revolves around these four characters. Karan, Zing and Chandu are college friends of 1990’s. After passing their graduation they decided to start a joint venture. For this purpose, they went to Singapore with a smuggler and in this journey they met Bulbul. When they have their journey completed, their bond with bulbul had got much stronger and Karan and Bulbul also fell in love with each other. Then they started their business with the help of karan’s corrupt ideas. These unethical business did well in India so they decided to go New York at karan’s uncle’s place. There they again did the various businesses that involved use of wrong way to make more money, cheating the authorities and playing false games with everyone in their business, but with different ideas. But this time it got difficult for them and they all got separated and after wards the Karan was arrested by police there his all friends and his love met him for last time just getting him out of the situation. Then karan started to work at his uncle’s office. When his uncle had some crisis regarding the material he had to provide Karan used his mind but this time he made it by ethical ways and then he was again able to stand and firm and got his all friends and love back. The movie performed well in the market.
